We offer Internet marketing services, designing and maintaining Web Pages, will this be a conflict of interest?

No. We will do anything we can to help you. In fact, we would be highly interested in your capabilities. Also, we may be able to offer services which you can integrate with yours to offer a larger, more complete, and more valuable package to your clients.


Are there any restrictions on the resale of web space?

No. You are responsible for the actions of any user of the account.


Can I get a business account and have other companies under me in sub-directories and can I get them their own domain names?

You can have other companies under you in your same account, but to get a domain name setup for them they need to have a separate business account. Fortunately, you can resell accounts simply by specifying your company as the billing address.


When Sales/Marketing people come to you wanting a web site, do you suggest that they get web server software?

Not usually. Basically we analyze the ways they intend to use their web site and 19 times out of 20 it is more cost effective and strategically sound to out source the server needs.


Is it possible to get one business account with customers that I've courted to be virtual domains below me?

You could add your customers in subdirectories and they could be referenced within your subdomain. Alternatively, you can order accounts for them and have us bill you.

If I were to set up a Professional Virtual Host Account or Enhanced Virtual Host Account, how would we avoid competing with each other if my business involves the sale of small web pages and related value added services?

Easy, you provide actual services, i.e., support, design, sales, etc. This is where the real money is in web services.

Further, we allow resale, many web service providers don't. Going with a different service provider or setting up your server doesn't keep your potential clients from one day seeing our services. You have to attract and keep your clients by taking care of their needs in a unique and special way. Think of it as if you were a publisher and Hurricane Electric were a paper manufacturer. The finished product is books, magazines, etc. (fully developed web sites) and we are selling you paper that costs wholesale less than one hundredth of a cent per page (raw web space).
