Internet Transit & Bandwidth

Customers need worldwide point-to-point Internet access -- if you can get a cross-connect to one of our core network nodes, then we can connect you to the world. We offer 24 POPs in North America, six in Europe, and two in Asia. Hurricane currently has over 5000 BGP sessions with over 1350 different networks; that means fewer hops and lower latency for you and your business.

Wholesale Private Data Centers

This is a great big bunch of text that eventually extends all the way over into two lines. There's really no story involved here, we're just adding word count so we can test some formatting issues one might experience with WikiMedia, which is probably awesome, but then I've never really worked with anything else. Dedicated Servers

For those requiring the web server performance that only a dedicated server can provide, Hurricane Electric offers a wide range of servers from which to choose including our new Green Server that makes use of state-of-the-art energy efficient hardware. Dedicated servers may be either fully managed by Hurricane Electric, using our own customized flavor of Linux or managed by the account owner, with complete root access.

Colocation

Our blue colocation cabinets are only getting more and more popular. Each individually locking cabinet features standard 19” rails (with deep cabinets available for longer servers) and a variety of power and connectivity options. All cabinets are supplied with conditioned and clean power from multiple PDUs and UPSs.

Layer 2 Transport

Hurricane Electric’s Layer 2 Transport services provide our customers with virtual circuits between our many Point-Of-Presence (POP) locations. We have over thirty core router POPs located in major cities in the US, Europe and Asia and we are adding new 10 GigE sites every month. All Hurricane Electric Transport customers receive IPv4 and native IPv6.

Web Hosting

Hurricane Electric began offering web hosting service over fifteen years ago. Today, Hurricane Electric provides multiple levels of Virtual Web Hosting packages, with one to suit everyone’s budget, from the Simple Starter account on up to the Professional.
